Review: Enclosed entire foot and plenty cold. - It’s great that it wraps around the entire foot, like a boot. I was worried that it might not get cold enough, but that is not the case. Good quality, plenty of gel. I had metatarsalgia and it worked wonderfully for me.
Review: Incredible cold retention - I bought this after leg surgery to help reduce the swelling in my foot and ankle. I am amazed by how cold it gets and how long its cold retention is! I have to wear a wool sock on my foot otherwise it’s way too cold when it comes out of the freezer, but what I really like is that I can continue to use it for over an hour (with breaks because it can get too cold) before needing to freeze it again — a great help when mobility is an issue! I have a size 11 women’s foot and I got an xl. It’s very big, but I’d prefer to have the extra room. It’s easy to put on and take off, but I recommend opening it up and reshaping it to its full size before putting it on if it gets flattened in the freezer. I’m very glad I made this purchase; definitely worth the money. Update: I should note that I have multiple ice packs that I cycle through throughout the day. I’ve discovered that the cold retention is best when they’ve been in the freezer for several hours, not just two to three.

**Q: Has anyone tried this who has Gout?  Seems it would be too painful to put on or wear this boot with Gout?**
A: It stunk upon arrival. I put a container of coffee beans in it for a few days and the smell went away. It was too much for me - ankle debridement to have the whole foot iced. Too cold for me. They were very good about returns.

**Q: Do you get a pair?**
A: No you get one boot. So if you want a pair you have to buy two.

**Q: Can I leave it in the freezer till I use it daily?**
A: I do. I keep it in the freezer till I use it and put it right back in the freezer when I am done.

**Q: It says it fits women 5-11 and mens 5-9 is that right because I’m looking for one that fits a size 12 mens.**
A: This probably wouldn’t fit a size mens 12. They do have larger sizes available.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Just what my sore feet needed

I work anywhere from 5-12 hour shifts, often without any seated breaks so my feet are always really sore when I get home so buying this was my solution. Keep in mind, you only get 1 boot. Think it's a bit too pricey for just one when most people have 2 feet. It's bulky in the freezer so know that you'll need some considerable room- it takes up about half a door shelf in mine. And as someone who loves the cold and cold therapy, this gets painfully frigid (which on the one hand means it stays plenty cool for switching to the other foot). I dislike the sizing, I'm a 6 and the extra room makes it hard to get the coolness wrapped around my toes but at least at the time, was not available in a smaller size. Does not feel like something you could put or shift weight onto without popping the gel pack. It is nice that the cool gel is 360° coverage, which is exactly what I wanted, not just cold soles. It does the trick, I just wish it was either cheaper, fit better, and came with 2 boots.
