Lifesaver
I have arthritis And fibromyalgia. My bones and joints hurt almost everyday. I got this to ease my pain a little bit without medication. I really like this lamp. It's very easy to use and so far I am very happy with the results. I can't wait to keep trying it and see even more results. Thank you so much !!

not as advertised, very weak.
The manual and unit itself both state 200 watts power, not 300... and after trying it out personally, I can assure you it's not 300watts. The 'heat' is very weak, it barely will warm ya. I can sit my leg couple inches from the front of this thing powered on, and leave it there for 10, 20, 30 minutes no problem, no heat. This is definitely not therapeutic grade, no benefits to be gained.

Good for pain relief but may cause a fire
I purchased a Bauer infered light from Amazon that does wonders for muscle pain. I loved it so much that I convinced all my friends to purchase one. I decided to purchase another one, just in case mine broke, I would have s back up. I decided to purchase this device, because they were no longer selling the Bauer device that looks almost exactly like this one on Amazon (you can now purchase the Bauer Infered device at Best Buy). So I purchased this device instead. I used it for the 15 minute set time, and it helped the pain. But when I tried to use it on my other leg, it began to pop, loudly. I thought it would blow up. I turned it off, then returned it. The Bauer device is much more sturdy and it comes with side handles.

Very easy to use and does it job.
I was advice by a friend to try a infrared therapy for my back pain. I search on Amazon find bunch of lamp but bought this particular one. Boy I can tell you it is amazing, I am just coming from 12 hours work and on my feet the whole day, but right now guy I feel great, after just 2 days of use. It is very practical. For those travelling all the time and don't want to miss their therapy this is the one you need.

Not the same product as they use to sell
I don’t know what they did to this product but they absolutely messed it up. I’ve had this for years and purchased it a total of 2 times. The older version of the product would definitely radiate high heat this newer version is not generating the same heat. Maybe 50-70% lower. Going to return this asap.

Muy buena, pero diga lo que diga la publi, es de 300w
El manejo es muy cómodo, aunque me parece que el voltaje es mucho mayor que lo que decía en el momento en que la pedí.

Deliberate sending of a non working product
The product was sent in a badly damaged box, and on the box it is stamped "exchange pickup". The lamp doesn't work. Knowingly the seller has sent a bad product n are refusing to replace. Refund or replace.
