Despite this product having higher ratings and a higher price than others (which I secretly hoped meant was higher quality), the quality is terrible. My manager complained immediately he couldn't hear me well over a Slack call. I immediately swapped back to my old mic (which has some cosmetic damage which was why I was replacing it) and immediately everything sounded fine again. Definitely the mic, not a connection issue. I'm returning this product as it does not work in my opinion. I guess a positive is that this is a perfect fit on a Pro X2 headset, no issues plugging in or setting up.
