Are the pc’s official?

PC stands for photocards, which are the little images of the idols printed on a card-sized laminated cardstock. I believe they are official because they would come with this official lightstick. :)

Are the photocards official?

We ordered and the light stick didn’t work. We ordered off another site and compared everything. The one we bought on Amazon was fake.

is this the official lightstick??

It is the official lightstick ("bong"). It came in the box unopened and the one I received was perfect. It works perfectly with the app. Ready for a concert!

Is buying from the seller runfeishichang reliable

I would say yes, I got the light stick just as described. Is mainly used for display but light stick works!
