The product was as described, arrived in perfect condition (box is used in play) and he has enjoyed building, painting and playing. Five stars is not enough for the fabulous customer service. I was getting anxious the gift was not going to arrive before Christmas, it had been dispatched but was a fail on the delivery side. I contacted the seller and the guys were amazing, they reassured me and said if it hadn’t arrived by x date, to message again and they’d despatch another one by courier. It didn’t come so they sent another one as promised to make sure it arrived before Christmas. The original one arrived a day or so later and I messaged them and they arranged courier collection for the return.
