**Q: dimensions of this organizer**
A: each square is (roughly) 1 foot cubed (12" tall x 12" wide x 12" deep). So a 3x3 square organizer is 3'x3'x1'. the 2x3 square organizer is 2'x3'x1'. However, the inside of each cube space is more like 11.5"x11.5"x12" (or a little more if you set it away from the wall. for clearance, I'd say that any basket or canvas tote that measures 11"x11"x11" will work fine. Again, I used the standard canvas totes that they sell at walmart and it looks pretty sharp. hope that helps! (also, sorry it took me a while to reply over the holidays!)

A: I just went to Target's website. The same item is priced at $69.99. The item # you quoted wasn't the same shelving unit.

A: You have to assemble yourself, however it's easier than any other furniture I have had to put together and definitely worth it !

A: Yes, absolutely. These are great because they're so versatile. The cubes would hold your pants or shirts in a neat pile that's not going to fall over. It's also great for books, knick knacks, folders, paper, notebooks, binders, small stuffed animals, etc. I love mine!
