Very easy to use. Displayed where the faults were on my car. Once the faults were resolved, it allowed the history of them to be erased.

What can I say ive just used it to find my abs problems and it came back with both faults on the front right and right rear so now I know its either the sensors or the magnetic ring speed sensor at fault , now its a process of elimination buy cheapest first !

Pleasantly surprised, identified which one of my ABS/wheel speed sensor was faulty. Has a ton of features, which I’m still working through. Easy to use, download the app then it plug and play. Used on ford focus mk3.5

As with many of the cheaper OBD2 tools it does what it advertises which is the basic checks of the engine emissions and can reset fault codes. Unfortunately, car makers dealers have many more features built into their scanners such as the ability to do test on components and they don't release any details of how that is done so that 3rd party makers struggle to copy. Also this scanner can't tell the system that a new component has been fitted. So if you need those extra features you will need a much more expensive scanner which is prohibitive costly for a home user. If you intend keeping your car for many years and do much of the maintenance yourself then research and get a better one than this.

Excellent and compact code reader After downloading the app you just also need to download your vehicle model files to get deeper options. Managed to clear an airbag light straight away it has lot's of live data and shows older stored codes easily. Rather than giving a code no. And you have to Google it tells you what that code means and even lets your search through the app online for more information regarding the code

The product and the related app worked well in operation and diagnosis. However, it was not able to clear fault codes once they were remedied or no longer relevant. The reason is quite simple, in order to read any fault codes the plug needs the car to be fully switched on with the engine running , however in order to clear a fault code the engine needs to be turned off. But when the engine is off, the unit is unable to negotiate with the car's certificate (part of the validation process the unit must go through each and every time it is activated even if it is left plugged into the car), and the fault code is no longer detected and hence cannot be cleared.

Simple instructions to follow and quickly diagnose issues

I purchased this item to read SRS ABS codes on a 2014 Kia Rio. Before placing the order I asked the seller if this device would be able to do this. I was assured it would. Having used the scanner I can tell you it doesn't read SRS ABS codes on Kia's. I have contacted the seller but as yet have not had a response. Very poor customer service. It will probably cost more to return than I paid for it. Could have got a similar unit for half the price. NOT HAPPY

I have a 06" vehicle, and this still works for my car, yes some of the more advanced features like the emissions check don't but mi not complaining because my vehicle was made in 2006. 100% recommend purchasing and keep in your glovebox because the app isn't hard to figure out and the size of it. I Had no problems clearing codes and it functions perfectly. Its looks nice too, has a LED light to indicate when it is connected to your vehicle.

I had an airbag light on my dash. I bought this because it says that it reads all obd codes but it doesn't read my airbag code. It might read check engine codes but I didn't get one as I don't have the engine light on. Also the exclusive app is just a gimmick. It is not that good. It performs the functions but not satisfying. Better third party apps are available but this Autophix scanner does NOT connect with them.
