Review: good deal - This has really softened by skin. I was using this for acanthosis nigricans, no improvement in that but skin is super soft.

**Q: Does this lotion help with small bumps, kinda like pimples but they are not that?**
A: I do not think this will get rid of your small bumps on your skin. My Dermatologist recommended it because I have very dry skin. It is amazing how this has helped my dry skin, and wrinkles.

A: I don't think so.  Sure does work well for softening skin and reducing crepey skin though!

This lotion does have a scent that's not pleasant but it fades quickly enough and does a beautiful job on my 67 year old skin. I'll definitely buy more
