I have an extremely small head for a 37 year old man. Will this fit me snugly?

It fit really tight but stretched out a tiny bit after wearing but not too loose

Picture shows Grey. Description says black which color will I get?.

My husband has always preferred Black ~ I actually have one from years ago that is white. Whatever you prefer.

Would this fit under a hard hat?

Yes. My husband wears a hat over this while biking to work.

I wear a hat size 7 and 1/4, and this is a snug fit. Not too tight. Well made, warm, snug and lightweight. Perfect for kayak, fishing in cooler weather. Seems to breathe well.
