An Easy Way to Get Extra Protein
I’ve been trying to get more protein in, and these have been a great option for me. I don’t always feel like eating a lot, so having something quick to grab makes things easier. The biggest thing for me is that they don’t bother my stomach, which hasn’t always been the case with other drinks I’ve tried. I like keeping these on hand for when I need a little extra protein without having to prepare anything. Definitely a product I’ll continue buying!

Boost Very High Calorie Nutritional Drink, Chocolate
For me, this supplement is really good. I had not tried this product or any like it. This was a trial to see if it was compatible with my pallet and digestive system. I can say it was a win on both accounts. It is a bit thick, the flavor is not bad at all, but that is all I could say negative about it. I ordered a 24 pack to see if I can gain/regain some weight. It may not be for everyone as people are All different, but it is a fit for me and will be reordered until I reach my goal.

Nice to have around when you need it most
A few months ago I found out that I have become a type 2 diabetic. The news was staggering. It has led to many changes in my life. Long story short, I ended up stumbling upon this item. These are very good and taste amazing to my surprise ☺️. I highly recommend this if you're having trouble regulating your blood sugar or just need a good meal replacement too. I know that these are a little bit expensive but in the long run, it's better to have these around versus soda and other things that are not good for you at all. These shakes taste very good. The texture is just like a milk shake. I like the energy I get after drinking one of these shakes. It doesn't taste like it's sugar free at all. They don't give me stomach problems and are so convenient to take on the go too! I'm glad I purchased these shakes! I'll be using them regularly from now on.
