Winco MXB-2000Q Mixing Bowl, 20-Quart

For cooking large portions, this bowl is absolutely spectacular! I use it to make dog food for our large dog, and also for double batches of cookies or party sized recipes like potato salad. It makes mixing a breeze without spilling over the edge, and the bowl is very easy to clean. I honestly don't know how I lived without this extra-large mixing bowl in my kitchen.

good size - price was right

Not as sturdy as I had hoped. For the price though it's a good option. The steel is VERY thin and as you mix or knead in it you can feel and hear the metal popping and bending. It is NOT slip resistant so you'll need something to keep it in place while you're mixing in it. It is easy to use but not space saving at all. It is very large. There is no lid for it. The design is basic bowl shaped with a this lip around the top. Overall it's great value for money but if you are looking for a sturdy miking bowl get the heavy duty version instead.

I use this for bulk cooking. It's thin stainless steel, and not commercial grade quality, but for periodic use... it suit my purposes.

Good but to big for what I need it

I purchased a 16 qt. and an 8 qt. bowl. I'm glad I did. I was looking for something to mix enough mac and cheese to fill a half-size steam table pan, and the 16 qt. bowl was spot on. The 8 qt. seems like a great fit for smaller casseroles. As others have stated, the metal is thin, but it works for me in my home kitchen. It might not be appropriate for a commercial kitchen.

Very disappointed. Price was good but the bowl is very thin, the bottom is bouncy. I would have been content with it anyways for the price but I've only had it for a few months and it's starting to pit and rust. I would not buy this again. Had I known I would have invested in something a bit more expensive to get better quality.

High quality and the perfect size when feeding a crowd or making large quantities. Great for extra large salads.

I’m in total love of this ginormous bowl!! I make 16-18 loaves of sourdough bread every week and this was perfect!! Made less mess using 1 bowl instead of 8-10 different mixing bowls!! Love love love .. I loved it so much I it it in my Amazon storefront!!

Me gusto, si bien, es tal vez, demasiado ligero…lo tratare con cuidado y ya esta. El precio fue muy bueno, yo no soy la gran repostera, así que para mi es perfecto. No tengo objeciones, hoy lo usare y ya veremos.
