A: Rinse out. There is a leave in for it's a 10 that is awesome as well. I have really thick hair and I only need to leave the conditioner in a few moments after distributing it evenly.

A: They do offer a leave in but this one you rinse out

**Q: I bought the blonde one but realized there was no matching blonde conditioner. Will this one work ok with shampoo for blondes?**
A: Yes. I've been using it for several years for my chlorinated hair because I swim so much. It should be fine for natural and treated blonde hair.
