To use as cold pack, do I freeze only the gels or the entire wrap/pack with gels inserted? The email address included with product is invalid.

Either way will work. When frozen, the ice packs are harder to insert into the pockets, so perhaps icing the packs when already in place will be easier.

Can I use this for moist heat?

I'm not too sure on that but I think you may be able too.

does this come with two or 4 hot/cold packs? I just got min in the mail and the box says it’s supposed to have 4, but it only came with 2.

It's supposed to come with four.

Are there extra ice packs that match these, available to purchase?

Yes you just have to find them.
