Literally the only oscilating tool I have ever used. Using it to cut a whole to put in a bathroom window, cut through the drywall no problem, and having to go a little slower, it did not have much trouble cutting through the plaster board and wood strapping underneath. Did it all on one battery charge (window is roughly 2'x3'). Now that I own this thing, I can see it becoming one of my go to tools for most jobs around the house. Really is one of those things most people have no idea what it is, but once you try one out you have to have it. The ability to plunge cut wood, drywall, and even metal is really unique and handy for a lot of applications. Excited about having yet another sanding option to my power tool collection, the triangular sanding pad should be really handy for tight spots, although I have yet to try it. When running it at full speed the tool does get hot very quickly which can't be good. The case it comes with is very cheap and is just for the attachments, not the tool. The rigid scraper can handle the project?** A: Yes you could remove the paint from your picket fence with this tool, you could also cut your lawn with scissors. If you start both project at the same time your lawn time your lawn would be done first. **Q: Can you sand furniture with this tool or is it more of a cutting tool?** A: Yelp...Sand away!..Great for small projects and getting in corners. **Q: Can you cut glass tile with the attachements that come with this tool, or do you have to buy them seperately?** A: I have nearly the full inventory of porter cable 20V cordless tools and i'm very satisfied with all of them. That said, however, this is the least useful and i would NOT cut tile, let alone glass tile with it. You'd be better off with an angle grinder (though i haven't tried that) and best off with a tile saw. I'm cutting ceramic title currently and using a QEP tile saw that i bought for $50. **Q: Does this work well as a sander?** A: O yeah it works great as a sander.
