Chipped tooth, ER visit for jaw pain. Three custom grind guards from the dentist over the years. The most recent guard broke a couple months into pandemic lockdown. So I ordered a handful of different grind guards from Amazon to try and hold me over - this one, front teeth only, disposable, etc.I NEVER write Amazon reviews (who has the time?), but decided it was my DUTY to do so when I returned to the page to buy another one. Because this thing is just great. Hands down, an answer to my TMJ-suffering prayers. The SOVA people should be saluted for it, and if you aren't sure if it's worth it, I can tell you that (at least in my case), it was worth it 10 times over.Here's some highlights:- Easy to fit, and really comfortable. Also, SO COOL that you can REmold it to your teeth if the first try doesn't quite do it for you.- Mine lasted two years with nightly use. The only reason I'm replacing is because I've finally ground to the point it's scratching my cheeks. NOTE: This cheek scratching also happened with at least one of the dentist's guards. I did not grind through it - honestly, not even close - and I DID grind through at least one of the dentist's guards.- The cost was worth every penny. Especially after having paid over $100 dollars out-of-pocket in the past for a guard from the dentist.I'm very suspicious of Amazon reviews - especially positive ones.
