Is this compatible with Nespresso VertuoLine capsules?

NO they are only compatible with the small original line capsules.

Viene con el forro protector y el termo para el agua caliente ??

No vienes con el forro pero la verdad tampoco es necesario

Do they have it in nesspresso ? how i can buy the nespresso version where i can find it ?

The Minipresso NS works with Nespresso's original size capsules which are available via Nespresso or Amazon. These capsules are not sold in stores. It does not work with any other type capsule. It does not work well with the various plastic compatible capsules. We recommend genuine Nespresso brand. Nick
