**Q: Does this item come with the T track bolts to install on factory crossbars?**
A: This rack does not come with T track bolts.

**Q: This is advertised to fit 4 snowboards but i could only get it shut with 2. The snowboards are average size i believe. Am i missing something?**
A: You would need to flip 2 snowboard over so the bindings are facing the roof and then put the other 2 with bindings facing up (each touching the other faces) to fit the 4. Especially if they are standard width. If they are special shape/profiles/widths that can alter it. But for 4 you would just need to do what I mentioned above.

**Q: Do they stay closed if they are not locked? need a rack that will close and latch, but i don't need it to lock. can you secure them _without_ locking?**
A: Yes they close without having to lock

**Q: Will it fit 41/2 " ladder rack**
A: It's universal so it should fit any cross bars whether factory or Thule specific. You can use Thules fit my vehicle feature on their website direct for specifics, if need be.
