Noodles break in shipping
Noodles are great, but don’t ship well. A lot of broken noodles when it arrived. Better to buy in the store if you can.

First time ordering this, loved them, stir fried them in butter, sesame oil & seeds, chili Thai sauce, soy sauce & fresh diced garlic! Next batch I'll add more. Super product

Not bad but calling them Buckwheat is a stretch
Tasty noodles, unfortunately they don't say what percent is wheat and what is Buckwheat. Clearly mostly wheat and I would guess at least 75% wheat with maybe 25% Buckwheat. Not what I was looking for but as I say they taste OK
