This watch does not keep accurate time. Worst watch I’ve ever had. I’m very disappointed. The only positive is that it looks attractive.

Very nice watch, with a good weight and it feels like good quality. Ideal for small wrists. The only downside is that it arrived without the warranty card or the manual.

Watch arrived on time in a what appeared to be a previously opened box without manual. Watch was either previously returned or used as a display model . This being a brand new watch is questionable. As far as the looks goes , even on a medium size hands it looks small , so if you’re a female and are interested in purchasing this design I’m sure it will look great on you as well . Bracelet rattles quite a bit. Al in all , is just an ok watch .

The product itself is fine, although the beautiful grey face is not the easiest to read. My complaint is the the watch arrived with no hand book or warranty card. Attenpts to contact Amazon is just totally frustrating. AI bots that give you a list of questions to choose from that are irrellevent, and basically only give you the choise of returning the item. I simply want the booklet and waranty card.

This watch was sent to replace one that arrived a few months earlier and wouldn't keep time properly. I received this one and it only worked for about 3 months. It was taken to a jewelry repair shop and they said it had been refurbished and would never work correctly without major repairs being done to it. Whether that was true or not, it didn't work regardless. Complete and total waste of money. Lesson learned. Money wasted. And the worst part is that it was a gift for a family member.
