Review: Great workout tool! - I recently moved cross-country and haven't found a gym to join yet. I don't have a spare room or garage space to devote to a home gym or ever an olympic bar set up, and I am worried about what dumbbells might do to my hardwood floors. I saw a video by scooby1961 on Youtube plugging these bands and thought I would give it a try. I bought the second lightest band, the black 30-60. So far, I really like it. I have had it about a week and am still experimenting with it, but I see great promise in its use. I am roughly 6' tall, and I find that it is a great length and resistance for lateral raises when placing the band under one foot. It is too light for two arm bicep curls, but by placing the bands under both feet and widening my stance I can get enough resistance for single arm curls in high reps. Placing the band under a single foot is great for standing one arm shoulder presses too. The band feels very sturdy, much more than I could have imagined. I plan to pair this with my suspension trainer at the local park for a better workout, where I will have stable attachment points to do rows, chest presses, flies, and some isometric core work. In all, I guarantee that I will be buying at least the next size up, and will probably get a full set for both myself and my son. As with anything, I would recommend that if you have the opportunity try these out somewhere before you buy them. The resistance curve is unique, as it increases throughout the range of motion and basically eliminates the momentum of free-weights. However, if you are like me and have to take a blind purchase, its great that you can buy just one of the set at a low price.

## Features

- Set of 4 Bands: #1 Red - 10 to 35 Pounds 1/2 inch , #2 Black - 30 to 60 Pounds 3/4 inch, #3 Purple - 40 to 80 Pounds 1.25 inch and #4 Green - 50 to 125 Pounds 1.75 inch
- The WODFitters resistance bands add that extra bit of resistance to your workout that not only forces your body to perform better but ultimately provides lasting results. These bands are perfect for men and women learning pull ups, chin ups, ring dips and muscle ups. They are ideal to develop muscle memory and get you to do those kipping pull ups and strict pull ups in no time. They can also be used for a challenging power-lifting session.
- Many people buy more than one pull up band and combine the resistance bands for most efficient training. Combining bands gives you 3 levels of assistance - one with the thicker band, one with the thinner band, and one with both bands. This allows you to do sets where you start with the thicker band and then add the thinner band to squeeze out a few additional reps. As your strength gradually increases, you can switch from double bands to the thicker band and then the thinner band alone.
- Each band is 41 inch long. They are great for travelling and are easy to transport.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Get yourself a set of these!
*by O***. on May 29, 2020*

These are the best resistance bands I have ever used. You can feel the quality by feel and by stretching them. I had to wait a few days to write a good review for these, because when it comes to fitness accessories, I am very demanding. I used these bands for a push-pull-legs split and they were fantastic! They really passed the iron test. I used them for squats and I'm 6,1, and they still managed to make me reach failure with only 9 reps on the squats -- keep in mind that I can squat 315lbs on the barbell back squat. I am still missing my handles because these were sent separately for some reason, but once they arrive I am sure that they'll only make my workouts more enjoyable. My advise to anyone who's serious about training, buy a set of these and get the handles as well because deadlifts feel awkward with the green band if you do 'em with your bare hands. These are not just for pull-ups -- like I said, I got a full body workout with all of these alone. They are a bit expensive though, but I guess the lifetime warranty and the hard times we're going through can kind of justify the high price. WODfitters -- you earned yourself a good customer. Good job!
