**Q: I only received one product picture shows 2 tubes, where is the second one as shown?**
A: I had the same problem as you. Picture shows 2. Received only one. Seller apparently engages in deceptive practices!!!

**Q: Is this tubing mascara?**
A: No this is not the kind of mascara that forms tubes on your lashes.

**Q: Does this mascara separate lashes well?**
A: I like this mascara a lot and have been buying it for many years. i don't have a lot of experience with other mascaras, though, but love that it's waterproof yet easy to remove without having to use makeup remover. When i apply it i do pick through my lashes a little with a point metal nail file to separate in some places, if that helps to know at all.

**Q: Is this mascara smudgeproof?**
A: Not really, but if you're not sweating a lot it's great.  It's light, not heavy, and natural looking .
