Which form of vit b does it have?

I'm sorry I do not know. The vitamins arrived as a wet, sticky clumpy mess, and I had to throw them out, and will not order again.

where's the nutritional facts that shows amounts?

I'm sorry, I can't help. These came as a sticky mess - all of them were stuck together and it was February here so they were not damaged by the heat. I had to throw the bottle out because my grandkids wouldn't eat them.
