power hour curl refreshing spray

Amika Power Hour Curl Refreshing Spray has been amazing for refreshing my curls between wash days. I only wash my hair about once a week, and between working out, sweating a lot, and bartending long shifts, my curls usually get frizzy and lose their shape after a day or two. I spray this in during the morning and scrunch my curls, and it brings them back to life so well without needing to fully rewash or restyle my hair. My curls look refreshed, defined, and much closer to day-one hair again. It’s also super easy to use, and I’ve had no issues with the sprayer at all. A lot of curl products make my hair feel crunchy or weighed down, but this leaves my hair feeling soft and non-greasy while still helping with frizz and definition. It also smells SO good — I get compliments on the scent all the time. Best part is it refreshes my curls without making them crunchy or weighed down. Definitely one of my favorite curl products I’ve tried!

This refreshes curls and smells fantastic. I can go from a frizzy mess with no discernable curls when I wake up to a fresh style. Don’t sleep on this product!

Really does work! My hair goes a bit flat overnight. I mist a bit of water and then some of this and my curls are back! I use some water because I don’t want a heavy amount of this on my hair. It can cause some hairs to stick together making it difficult to brush out before washing my hair!! But it is a great product otherwise.

I love this product! I use it after I use the amika scrunching gel, I feel like it gives some extra curl and bounce! It has a nice, clean, soft scent, and I’m pretty picky with scents! It tends to work best when I use my hair dryer to diffuse my hair in conjunction with this. I have partially straight/wavy hair so I need products that really bring out the curl. I’d recommend this and probably won’t go back to any other product!

The smell of this product is stronger than many perfumes. It's way too intense. I tried using it the day after washing my hair to refresh curls on my wavy/carly hair, and it didn't do anything. Maybe it works on much curlier hair 🤔 I use Not Your Mother's curl refresher, which is much cheaper and much more effective on my hair (and it doesn't make me smell like I poured 2 bottles of perfume on me). Honestly, this acted more like a a very intense perfume for my hair than anything else.

This spray is amazing!! It is perfect to give my curls a little more life after a long day and then a fun night ahead. And the scent is so good.

Did not suit my hair , weighed diwn my curls and a bit sticky. Ok if want to revive hair curls for just a few jours

Funktioniert als erstes Mittelchen für Locken am nächsten Tag. Ohne dass die Haare matschig, Steiff oder schwer werden… ist recht teuer, gibts aber außerhalb von Amazon günstiger 🫣
