I should not have a problem cutting this down to the size that is needed such as 32"X32" or 32"X24", etc?

Yes, you can cut the frame to size, but be very careful with measuring it. Also, note that you should use a metal saw blade when cutting it, if you use tin snips you'll crush the frame and you'll be unable to use it.

Does this kit have tensioning springs?

Yes. They are shaped like a D; with the long thin piece sliding in at the corner and the ) providing the tension.

Can I use sun blocker screen in these frames?

I don't see why not unless the sun blocker is that much thicker than normal screen. Even if that is true, I would think your hardware store might be able to sell you a smaller diameter spline that would permit the screen frames to accommodate the sun blocker.

what is the thickness of frame?

the frame profile is 20mm (wide) x 8mm (thickness). i'm not sure on conversion to inches. hope it helps.
