**Q: Why I received a screwdriver that didn't match the screws? It's so weird.**
A: Hi there,
The screwdriver comes within this product is double-ended. One end is a Phillips screwdriver, and the other end is a flat-blade screwdriver.
We originally hoped that this screwdriver could continue to be used after installation, so we chose this style.
However, some customers are a little confused.
We have reported this issue to our product design department, and we will consider using a single style screwdriver in future batches.
Hope this helps.
