Neat and useful
My daughter has some "fairy lights" around her room, USB powered. This switch means not constantly plugging and unplugging, makes it all much easier.

Good quality
Good quality... BUT... purchased to act as an extension lead to a Diffuser, expecting the diffuser to remain ON once switched on at the unit and subsequently turned ON/OFF via this integral switch. The Diffuser trips off when this switch is turned off, so if (like me) you're thinking of using this in a similar way, you may be disappointed. Having said that it isn't this product's fault... it will depend on how the item you may be trying to adapt it to is tripped.

Practical
I bought this too usb switch for my apple iPhone to my works android phone, I use the iPhone for apple maps while driving, but as soon as I get a works call I hit the switch and it comes through the hands free system via Bluetooth. This means I can use either system with a flick of a switch.

Works well but isn't as described!
Perfectly good cable. Works well, is a good price. But it isn't as described. The photos state that the longer portion of the cable measures 100cm from switch to end, but it doesn't. It's only 80cm. Total length of the cable, including the switch, is about 100cm. Sadly this means it's not long enough for my needs, and it'll have to go back. But if you need a switched USB cable, in white, which only measures a meter in total you'll be fine with this one!

Useful Cable
I use it to switch off USB powered devices rather than unplugging the device from the back of my computer. The cable is well made although not particularly expensive looking. Looks certainly don't match the price here. I should have paid more attention because for me the switch was at the wrong end. It meant I should have bought the shorter cable. Anyway, recommended but a tad expensive.
