Review: Pretty thin, but Pup loves it! - This was NOT what I was expecting, I thought it would have some "cushion" to it, but it's just a "sheep-fleece" top with a piece of silver heat radiating inner layer and a black backer. It has a zipper so you can remove the silver sheet prior to washing. Over time, the black "non-skid" spots on the back have fallen/peeled off and landed all over my couch and floor. The one upside.....our pups fight over sleeping with this product. Knowing what I do now, I wouldn't recommend spending the money on it.

**Q: Has anyones dog tore it up?**
A: I used it for my cats.  It is washable but the pet hair still sticks to it even in the washer and dryer

**Q: Would this be effective for inside a doghouse outside during winter?**
A: I don't think this would be enough for inside a dog house. Especially if it gets really cold where you live. It really depends on how well the dog house is insulated also.

**Q: What are the dimensions for the l/xl pad?**
A: 17" X 22"  (almost a foot by a foot and a half)

**Q: What material is used for the reflective self-warming part?**
A: No idea I just know when my dog lays down it does really warm up but it does not get hot.

My doggo loves it. He's a tiny dog so he is always cold! this thing keeps him warm. It is thin but it's worth the money. I just add another blanket w/it .
