Harley-Davidson Men's Hustin Waterproof Harness Boot

I love these. Very comfortable. In some brands of boots, the regular width fits loose on me. But these fit my foot well. If your foot is on the wider side of regular, then you should probably go with the wide size boot. These keep the water out, and my feet weren't cold riding 80 mph at 50 degrees. The sole has decent grip on smooth floor, and is soft sounding on wood and tile floors.

My boots came prompt delivery. They felt good from the very first minute. Nice an firm like you expect from a new leather boot. Actually within a few hours these boots broke in an conformed to my feet nicely. I am very pleased. The nice neighbors in China really know how to build a quality American style biker boot. Another aspect that has to be revered is the zipper sides. These make it easy to put on and take off. Plus the fact there is no interior buckle or ring to foul your shifter or brake pedal. I ordered these for my dad. He couldn't find a wide in any store, and our local Harley shop couldn't get them in for 3 weeks. The wide was snug, but was a true wide, so after he broke them in they fit good.

I was surprised at the fit, i have not worn this type of boot in many years because of loose fit experiences The zipper is an added bonus that drew me to this boot and it a great bonus. I wear a size 9 Wide boot , that is what I ordered and that is what I got. The fit is very good with the exception that the left one is tight, but with that sid, know that my left foot is larger than my right foot. It has already started to loosen up with a couple of wearings. I also removed the insoles and replaced them with doctor supplied ortho's, not a problem. Theses boots are comfortable to wear, look great and are not a problem wearing while on my bike. I would give them a 5 star rating but truthfully I don't understand stitching soles from the bottom and having the thread exposed. Common sense dictates that this thread is going to wear out and so, if anyone can give me a solid reason why this is done, I would be willing to listen. It is like buying auto tires with the tread material exposed before or with the rubber, I don't get it., lol.

You can expect quality at the very least but these rock the house. Soap the zippers, mink oil them, and you won't need any other footwear. I only have about 450 miles on them right now but that's in rain/sun/rain/sun (etc...) and they're still rock solid and sweet looking.

I have to wear wide in shoe size and have always had a problem finding boots that fit, specially HD. I finally found these and fit as they are supposed to without hurting my feet. First time I have boots with a zipper and and makes it very easy to put the boots on and off. I strongly recommend these boots for people who have to wear wide in shoe size.
