The Stompysaurus

Son enjoys the read, don't think he's clicked it's about him yet though. A good story with helpful message on how to deal with feelings.

Bought this for my three year old who had started stomping when irritated. A perfect way to describe feelings and anger to young children. Lovely illustrations too.

Love this book, nice story to help at that tricky stage. Nice bright pictures for the children to see and share the story

Beautiful illustrations, easy reading, I love the rhythm of the book and the message. My toddler really loves it and because it’s a dinosaur it’s a firm favourite in our house. We have the whole series so when we read this one he insists on the other 2 also. Well worth buying 💕

Purchased for my stompy 5 year old son as thought it might help him to recognise his own “stompy-ness”. It worked. Read it once and he said “Mummy, it’s like me!!” Exactly what I hoped for and it generated a good conversation about the impact of him being moody.

This had a good story and got my kids attention. I felt like it showed a good way to deal with stompy emotions without making it seem like it was too teachy.

He loves it and it does help.

This is such a sweet book, which really struck home with our toddler, who can be a bit of a stompysaurus themselves sometimes. Lovely bright illustrations and a nice message. Perfect for age 2+

Such a cute book. Good quality board book.

A favourite read, insightful, good sentence formations, sometimes tricky to read aloud.

Good book for discussing feelings with your toddler.

Eu recebi o livro e amei muito até apaixonado por estilos dos desenhos são fofinhos demais..

I don’t know what it is with this book, but my 1.5 year old brings it (demands it to be read) He then sits quietly on my lap with a smile on his face until the end. Can highly recommend as it teaches him about big emotions and emotional regulation.
