Do these fit under an ACH?

Yes they will. It’s a tight squeeze at the ear cup. You’ll want to take the patches off the sides.

If needed can these be extended?

They do extend. The wire frames extend out. Directions are included.

Hey mike303, maybe the pick-up mikes are facing backward so less bang?

Does not matter which way they face, just turn volume down. If still to loud may be defective, try another brand like Howard leight

Does this also with walkie-talkie?

they have A amplifier in them so can hear people talking. Not sure what you asking. But if holding A walkie talkie I sure you will be able hear it.They all so place plug in A jack can use use them like head phones for computer or like that..They don t have A microphone bult in.
