I recharge it overnight. Wouldn't be without it and might get another one soon. **Q: How long before item is fully charged** A: I normally leave it on charge for 4-6hours . **Q: Do you sell the rechargeable batteries? Want to buy more batteries for the future as it’s a good light** A: Amazon sell rechargeable batteries **Q: How do you recharge the Batteries? not the light itself (i know about the usb cable but does that charge the batteries or the light itself?)** A: You do not have to remove the batteries, the back of the light has a usb slot that you can use to charge into a Power Point. The usb cable charges the batteries that power the light. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Brilliant Lights with a multitude of uses! *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 23 October 2026* I bought these work LED lights to use in my dark tackroom at the back of my horses stable. The lights arrived quickly and all you have to do it put in the rechargable batteries (Included in the box) And press the button to use straight away! Perfect 👌They are small but SO SO BRIGHT!! They are so bright in fact I have to turn them down a little bit to use 😬🤣 so its a good Job they come with a bright setting and slightly less power / half brightness setting and this was more than enough for us. Not sure I'll ever use the flashing setting (gives me a migraine!) And people with epilepsy need to be aware of this. Its the 3rd setting in the cycle that flashes as shown in my video)Also love that there are 2 of them so we dont get caught short between charges. We can simply charge one while using the other then switch! So we will never be left in the dark again. 🥰Each light comes with its own charging wire and the rechargable batteries are included. And there is an adjustable stand for standing the lights up which can also be used to hang them up.. Compared to other brands they are a very reasonable price and im glad I didn't go for the more expensive brands. You get lots of bang for your buck with these lights. Order them... you will not be disappointed ❤️ ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 6-year review: Compact, reliable, and exceptionally bright with excellent light distribution *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 16 September 2026* I have owned this portable work light for well over six years, which accounts for why it no longer looks brand new. Despite years of regular service during workshop projects and general DIY tasks—taking plenty of bangs and drops along the way—it has proven to be remarkably well constructed and tough. It generally stays plugged in via USB a lot of the time, which is notoriously not ideal for long-term lithium battery health. Despite this, the battery is still holding a good charge; I recently had it running continuously for nearly two hours while working, and it was still going strong. The originally advertised 5-hour runtime is possibly achievable when the batteries are brand new.The output is impressively bright providing a broad and exceptionally even spread of light without harsh hotspots—ideal for detailed task illumination in tight spaces. The unit relies on standard rechargeable 18650 batteries, the rear cover simply slides off, allowing for effortless replacement should they ever degrade. Alternatively, it can run on standard AA batteries, although I suspect the performance would drop. The 180° adjustable handle also provides a stable base for angling the beam effectively.I have used this light out in the rain on multiple occasions with zero issues, so it handles general outdoor dampness fine. However, it is worth noting that neither the sliding battery cover nor the USB ports feature rubber weather seals. While perfectly adequate for light showers, you certainly wouldn't want to submerge it or leave it exposed to torrential rain. There are a couple of minor drawbacks. Having to cycling through the reduced brightness and flashing SOS modes every time you want to switch the light off is a slight annoyance. The main limitation is the absence of a magnetic base; integrated magnets on the stand would have been a very welcome addition for mounting onto vehicle bodywork or metal framework.Ultimately, as a long-term assessment of durability and performance, this light has proven to be an exceptionally resilient and reliable. Highly recommended. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good. *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 8 October 2026* Decent light, very bright. Feels well made, comes with two 1800mAh 18650 batteries which are ok and last a couple of hours on continuous. I've bought two 4000mAh batteries instead. The only thing that's slightly annoying is that there's no light to show you're charging/finished charging. ## Frequently Bought Together - Edasion 30W LED Work Light Rechargeable COB Floodlight Super Bright 2000LM Portable Light Outdoor USB Battery Security Light Waterproof for Camping Fishing Hiking Car Garage, 2 Packs - SYLSTAR 30W Rechargeable Work Light, 3000 Lumen Magnetic Work Light Battery Powered, Waterproof Portable Cordless Job Site Lighting for Construction Site, Workshop, Garage, Camping, and Car Repairing - LED Rechargeable Work Light Portable Floodlight 10W USB Battery Light Super Bright 2000LM Waterproof Outdoor Stand Work Lamp for Car Garage Camping Fishing Hiking Workshop Garden --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.no/products/348597919-edasion-30w-led-work-light-rechargeable-cob-floodlight-2000lm-2](https://www.desertcart.no/products/348597919-edasion-30w-led-work-light-rechargeable-cob-floodlight-2000lm-2) --- *Product available on Desertcart Norway* *Store origin: NO* *Last updated: 2026-10-29*
