El cuchillo es hermoso y muy afilado. Es un poco más pequeño que un cuchillo de chef como tal, pero es perfectamente usable en diferentes aplicaciones en la cocina. Si cuidas del cuchillo, te durará por muchísimo tiempo gracias a sus materiales y calidad. Recomendaría usar la charia una vez a la semana para mantener el filo por más tiempo, no más de 5 veces por lado.
