### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Tasty supplement to relieve bloating and digestive issues

I started a health and fitness journey about a month ago when I received a free sample of Force Factor ProbioSlim Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies. My regimen included resistance training and 16:8 intermittent fasting 5 times a week. In the first 3 weeks, I lost 6 lbs and noticed a significant reduction in stomach bloat. Since I started fasting and exercising consistently when I started taking the gummies, it's hard to say that the ACV significantly contributed to my weight loss. However, I did not get hungry during my fasting periods. The main benefit I noticed since taking Force Factor ProbioSlim Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies is regular bowel movements. I've never been diagnosed with IBS, but I regularly experienced many of the symptoms including gas, abdominal pain, bloating, and constipation. Within the first week of taking these gummies, I was having 1-2 bowel movements a day without difficulty. A month later, the frequency has decreased slightly to once a day but I feel much better and have only experienced abdominal discomfort once in the past month. These gummies taste great and have a sweet and sour taste. They are easy to chew and don't have a strong ACV smell. I would recommend this supplement for the digestive benefits alone. It's not a magic weight loss pill but it may help suppress your appetite a little. I didn't notice any significant changes in energy. My only complaint is that each gummy contains 3g of sugar. That's 6 extra grams of sugar a day. Part of my health journey includes cutting back on sugar but it's nice to have a sweet treat to look forward to twice a day. Overall, I would recommend to give them a shot. It can't hurt!
