What size balloons, when it talks about 200 balloons fitting in the net?

Small, as in 7-8" maybe. When you take your average 11" balloon to at, or slightly beyond full inflation, about 120 or so. Still, it's impressive when it drops. We used two of these nets, dropping them from a 2nd story balcony in our church for an event, and it did the job!

Does this come with drop ceiling hooks?

No it does not come with hooks.
