Nice overall quality
Overall nice, had to put an edge on it because of a slight burr upon opening.

Opinel 7 inch folding filet knife
This is one sharp knife out of the box. I think you could perform surgery with as sharp as this blade is. I will have to be a bit more careful when cleaning fish with this knife. Excellent design and will filet a fish with ease. Most of my filet knives have been fixed blades so I took a chance with this and it did not disappoint. I actually bought it to be a back up but it maybe sharper than my fixed blade and could get some extended use.

Impressive quality. Makes a great gift for any fisherman.
I bought this for my best friend as a gift. Most fillet knives are cheap junk. This one is extremely impressive and beautiful to look at. Razor sharp as well.

Mirror Polished
Try tapping the shiny blade with your nail. Definitely holds the name of an Opinel.
