It worked instantly and completely solved the hyper flash issue, getting the blinkers back to a normal speed. It's super easy to install, doesn't get warm or hot during use, and because it's a silent electronic relay, you don't hear that clicking sound anymore when the turn signals are on. Another huge plus is the small flash rate adjustment screw, so you can easily fine-tune the speed of the blinkers to exactly how fast or slow you like them. For anyone doing this on a V-Star: I disconnected the solid brown wire and the brown-with-white wire from the main stock relay. Just connect the solid brown wire to the B (+) terminal on this new relay, and the brown-with-white wire to the L terminal.
