Give it a try.
Bitters are not just for cocktails. You can use bitters in just about any liquid like wine, juice or water. Bitters help promote good digestion. I liked the flavor which carries a slight anis taste. If you're ready to start crafting cocktails it is a must have.

Best Bitters Additiuve
Whatever drink I add this too, it is very positively enhanced! A bit pricey (as most bitters tend to be) and getting very difficult (read impossible!) to find in the northern Milwaukee towns and suburbs so be sure to order ahead from your favorite online provider. Started using it about 3 years ago in place of Angorasta brand and really liked it!!! Slightly orangish and slightly sweeter taste than Angorasta so can be used in MANY drinks.

One of the oldest bitters in the world for a reason
This is one of the best bitters I’ve purchased. It’s just sweet and bitter enough to pair perfectly with your favorite mid-tier whiskey.

Just what I wanted
Peychaud's is a licorice-forward bitters, and an essential ingredient in the classic New Orleans cocktail, the Sazerac. I also like it in an Old Fashioned cocktail. Heck, Peychaud's bitters are so good at settling an upset stomach, sometimes I'll just have a small glass of water with Paychaud's.
