Review: EXCELLENT SCOOPS ! - these are GREAT SCOOPS ! we've used all 3, and they've done a really good job for various things. i used the smallest one for making dog treats (pumpkin, rice flour, oat flour, etc.) - the middle one for various other things, and the big one for making chocolate chip cookies (Martha Stewart style) HOWEVER - i wouldn't use them for extremely hard ice cream because the handles 'could' break - even though these do seem to be rather sturdy, i wouldn't stress them a whole lot.

these are GREAT SCOOPS ! we've used all 3, and they've done a really good job for various things. i used the smallest one for making dog treats (pumpkin, rice flour, oat flour, etc.) - the middle one for various other things, and the big one for making chocolate chip cookies (Martha Stewart style) HOWEVER - i wouldn't use them for extremely hard ice cream because the handles 'could' break - even though these do seem to be rather sturdy, i wouldn't stress them a whole lot.
