A couple of differences: 1. The box that I received has 2.75 inch screws vs the 2 inch Cortex. 2. The description said "no tool included" when I ordered it but it came with one. This tool is much more substantial than the Cortex tool. It's a depth limiting cam tool that looks like it takes regular Torx bits. That will be easier to manage than the special Cortex bit. I highly recommend this option.
