Been taking this supplement for several years. Still working well as well as a prescription I was on except don’t have any of the side effects. Daily dose is 3 but the capsules are easy to swallow and don’t have any odor.

I have been diagnosed with BHP and ever since I have been in the look out for a natural (no prescription drugs) product to control the unpleasant symptoms of an enlarged prostate. I had to do a lot of research to find the right product for me. As we know natural supplements are not being evaluated by the FDA, so the search for a good supplement is a very time consuming hassle. Countless hours went into finding about all natural ingredients a prostate supplement must include: saw palmetto, zinc, selenium, beta sitosterol, stinging nettle, pygeum africanum extract, broccoli extract and vitamin B and some more. Additional hours went into finding the ones that contain the majority of the necessary ingredients in the right amounts among the hundreds of supplements out there. Some more time was invested in the search for the right laboratory that produce correct dose/servings at an optimal price-value correlation. Only 2 products matched the requirements. I tried the Nature’s Craft Prostate Support first because of the price value. I’m in my seventh bottle and so far pleased with the results. The frequency of urination diminished and the difficulty starting urination eased. I’m still struggling with a weak stream and the dribbling at the end, but in general, I’m pleased with the results so far.

I have used this product for at least the last 3 years going from a high of 3-4 times a night to the bathroom to once, maybe twice nightly. Recently my diet has changed to vegan because the wife and daughter had committed to the dietary benefits of plant based foods and I decided to give it a try. I assumed after a few weeks that it was due to the plant based diet. About a month after stopping Natures Pride Prostate Support. I had my PSA tested and it had moved from normal ranges to being elevated. After Biopsies, MRI's, Bone Scans, and consults. I learned from Oncologists that (Saw Palmetto) an ingredient found in this product, can mask PSA results. PSA testing is the primary identifier used by medical professionals to identify men with prostate cancer. The product did work for me, however if being used for prostate support, understand that Saw Palmetto may artificially reduce an individuals actual PSA results.

This product has helped me in less than a week. Was waking up 4 to 5 times a night to go to the bathroom. It is already down to 2 times a night. And a stronger urination stream. And when I am done, I am done. No more starting and stopping and starting again. Some say that it takes up to a month of uses to get to the maximum results. So I am hoping to get to a point of sleeping all night long. We will see. But I have tried other products with little to no results. So to me, this is by far the best over the counter product I have tried.
