Do you have to buy anything else for this machine?

As others have answered, you will need a weight stack, and this machine needs weights with a 1" pilot hole, not the 2" you'll find at most stores.

I am 5 foot 2 my wife is 4 foot 11 is this machine too big for us?

You and your wife should be fine using this machine. I am not that tall myself and have no issues at all.

Can I get a copy of the instructions?

A copy of the instructions (that is, how to assemble it, comes with the machine after purchase) . For any instructions sought without a purchase, you will have to contact Body Solid directly (I’m guessing)

Why does this take 6 days to deliver?
