**Q: Can this cable be used for sega genesis generation 1 model: fj8usasega**
A: Yes but you will need an adapter as this cable uses a 9 pin miniDIN instead of the model 1's 8 pin DIN. This cable will not provide the best video quality but it will be better than RF. For the best video quality that looks just like an emulator, you will need a Sega Genesis/Mega Drive model 1 RGB SCART cable and a SCART to Component or HDMI converter.

**Q: Color is black and white when using the proper "red-white-yellow' inputs. Does anyone know how to fix this?**
A: don't show return back again

**Q: Does this work with a japanese pc engine core graphx?**
A: We cannot guarantee it working for anything but the Genesis 2.

**Q: Can this cable be used for a sega genesis mini?**
A: I think the Genesis mini uses HDMI so no.
