**Q: Do these work for silverfish?**
A: Sorry, I do not know what deters silverfish,  I bought them for wool moths.

**Q: How often do u replace these usually, to be effective ?**
A: I just bought them and I expect to replace them yearly or as needed.

**Q: What material is the sachet made from?**
A: like the small jewelry pouches.  I sent them back though because to me, there was not a smell at all with them.  I did not like them.

**Q: Is it one per hanger? Is it either cedar chips or lavender or alternating?**
A: Lavender in a sachets,  I was really disappointed because, it has no fragrance
