This is just a highlighter that is used after applying your foundation & blush. I put it above the blush, on my nose & the corner of my eyes to give a greater impact.

A: No it doesn’t settle into that. Placement is everything. You only put where you want it to pop.

I’ve tried a ton of shimmer powders and creams. I like them both. I was in search of a product that had a similar impact to some of the high end products that have gone viral lately but without the high end cost. I think this one hits it perfectly for me. It goes on smooth, blends easily, has a soft shimmer that has strong reflection when the light hits it, and you can’t beat the price point. It complements your powder or cream blush nicely as well. The shimmer is pretty and there are no “sparkle” flakes. I’m not a fan of glitter pieces.
