The shape is great for the shoulder, and it is very solid when installed properly. You will need to take out the two pins, and take the rear buttstock off. You will then loosed the 4 or 5 (depends on model) 2.5 mm hex screws. It is on the MO Tactical website and it has video instructions. If you don't, and just remove the pad and slide this one in it will not be retained correctly. If you don't remove the butt stock and just loosen the screws it will not be retained correctly either, because the stock can not "expand" properly. If the instructions are followed it will be tight, and not come loose.
