We have a cold room we'd like to continue heating after rest of the house has turned the thermostat down?** A: This replaces the radiator manual thermostat and controls when the rad gets hot and how hot. Obviously the boiler has to be running over the period the device is on. So to warm a cold room you'd still need to keep the boiler running which would warm the rest of the house. What you need is one of these devices on every other rad to turn them off while the boiler is still running to warm the cold room. Running a boiler to heat one room and paying for a bunch of these for all the other rads might be expensive. You might be better off getting an electric heater and putting it on a timer. ## Frequently Bought Together - Eqiva Model N Electronic Radiator Thermostat with Boost Function and Quiet Compact Gearbox 102 x 55 x 60 mm - Oventrop 1011450 Angle Adaptor for Valve HK White --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.no/products/332502325-eqiva-model-n-electronic-radiator-thermostat-with-boost-function-quiet](https://www.desertcart.no/products/332502325-eqiva-model-n-electronic-radiator-thermostat-with-boost-function-quiet) --- *Product available on Desertcart Norway* *Store origin: NO* *Last updated: 2026-10-02*
