How is this product labeled as "vegan" when it says its "gelantinized"? Gelatin is from animals.

Despite its name, gelatinized maca is vegan. There is no actual gelatin from cows, pigs, or other animals that has been added. The name comes from the gelatinization process, where water is added to raw maca powder and its starch absorbs it, creating a gel-like substance. This is boiled, to breakdown the starch. The starch-filled water is then removed, leaving beyond the other nutrients. Source: superfoodly.com

You are assuring buyers here that this product is gelatinized yet there is no indication of such on the packaging or even on your own site. Verify?
