Review: It Kept My Venus Flytrap Alive...So Far - I have no clue what I'm doing with my sons carnivorous plant other than using distilled water and feeding it these cubes over the winter. I don't have much of a green thumb but I'm proud to say a half of one of these cubes a week has been doing it good. The cubes kind of fall apart easily and are the consistency of jello but my Venus flytraps are small and it slides in better that way. I assume at the rate we are going, unless I wake up one day and it doubles in size, this jar should last quite a long time!
