This recommends using distilled water, why not regular water? Would it ruin the grill?

There might be concern for mineral build up?? Idk I think, I used tap water, lol. It’s fine

Could someone provide the dimensions of the box this grill is in?

I don't remember. It's toddlers' grill.

Why are there no stickers ? Who do you contact?

How tall is this from the floor to the "cooking surface"? My son is 37" tall and I am afraid it would seem too small for him.

Thank you for contacting Step2. It is 26' high. Regards, Step2 Consumer Service

Little Tikes BBQ grill for 3 years and up

This is a kids dream cooking on the grill like their dad or other family members. It is actually like a grill and it does smoke like a real grill suitable for 3 and up. Worth the price and puts a smile on my son’s face. It is definitely the right size and height. I recommend definitely.
