It is small, and somewhat easily slips out of the hand. Enter the need for a case. This case has great tactile grippy texture all around. It also holds an AirTag. The AirTag moves a little when cleaning it so I put a little stack of double sided tape under it and re mounted the remote case. Now it stays put! Ive already had to find the remote twice with the FindMy app so it is indeed a good thing to have with the remote. I highly recommend this case.
